I'm a freelance software engineer specialized in website development who is passionate about clean code and standards to make things simpler. I love the JavaScript ecosystem and specially working with AngularJS in the front-end and Node.js in the back-end.

I try to contribute back to the open source community and help others to solve their problems. That's also the reason why I like blogging and I've been working and volunteering as a JavaScript and AngularJS mentor for HackYourFuture, Philos.io and Toptal.

I've never been good at any sport but I always loved the game. I practiced many activities, from football to karate, skiing or fencing, and I even tried curling and ice hockey.

I'm a really dynamic person and the proud finisher of six half marathons and several minor races. I like as well to attend sport events in stadiums and arenas all around the world.

Traveling is my passion, what makes me stronger and keeps me alive. Nothing can beat the feeling of taking a plane to an unknown destination. Born in Spain, I've lived in five different countries and visited more than four hundred cities across fifty countries. Although my life's goal is to visit all of them.
